The Creative Producer

VICTORIA VAUGHAN Visual Storyteller. Development Strategist. Digital Director.

For over a decade, I have operated at the intersection of creative development, digital marketing, and legal production strategy—crafting everything from theatrical posters and pitch decks to immersive 4K LED visuals.

My career is built on a dual foundation. On the creative side, I am a motion designer and editor who has transformed venues like Massey Hall and Rebel with immersive LED visuals and crafted title sequences for feature films. On the business side, I am a seasoned producer who understands the stakes. Holding an Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law, I navigate the complex landscape of clearances, chain-of-title, and funding requirements with confidence.

I have coordinated multi-million dollar productions like the Indspire Awards and secured critical financing from Telefilm, the ISO, and the CMF. Whether I am designing a pitch deck that speaks the language of a jury or managing deliverables for networks like Netflix, Crave, SuperChannel, CBC, CityTV, OMNI, APTN and TVO, my goal remains the same: to bridge the gap between artistic vision and market reality.

Currently, I serve as the Digital Media Director for the Shine Network Institute, continuing to champion Canadian content while producing independent projects that push visual boundaries.
