Victoria Vaughan 

Victoria Vaughan is a Toronto based Photographer and TV/Film Producer.   Of mixed First Nations and French Canadian descent Victoria now exclusively works on Indigenous-led productions, such as Future History TV as a Producer with Redcloud Studios Inc. 

Former Associate Producer for Trilight Entertainment, with credits on films such as A.R.C.H.I.E, The Adventure Club, Welcome to Nowhere and Treasure Hound. Victoria worked with Executive Producer Jennifer Podemski as Associate Producer for Planet Indigenous at Harbourfront Centre 2012. Was background casting director for full feature film Empire of Dirt and Lead Talent Coordinator for Derek Miller's "Guilt Free Zone" on APTN airing now. 

Gaining her start in the industry as a Radio Host she also worked with various artists in booking, publicity, promotional development, photography and CD album design. She was production coordinator for Jennifer Podemski's HOPE artist showcase in Los Angeles and her design for Jason Burnstick's Where the Blood Mixes album cover won the APCMA for Best Album Design in 2010. Other notable CD designs include Janet Panic's Out On A Limb album, Little Fires EP and the album design for Demons by Plex. 

Photography credits include: for the Association of Native Development in the Performing and Visual Arts Creator Within Festival, York University Pow Wow and ImagineNATIVE Film Festival. She was also a mentor for the In My Own Eyes - Photostories by Aboriginal Youth, a project with the Harbourfront Centre where she traveled to small communities across Ontario and worked with Indigenous youth to teach photography through storytelling. An exhibition was created from the photographs taken by the kids/youth and debuted at the CN Tower on National Aboriginal Day and is currently touring the communities that created it.
